Mindfulness Meditation is not just a thing I teach it is something I embody and will continue to draw on as an inner resource until I take my last breath. It is a foundational practice and has transformed how I show up every single day.
As a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained by The Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and New Zealand, I have been taught by some of the best. It is training that never ends, I am always learning.
MBSR is a foundational mindfulness training course backed by evidence-based practice and practical experiences.
Across the 8 weeks, you learn all of the tools you need to help break cycles of stress, anxiety, exhaustion and unhappiness and learn how to integrate them into everyday life.
MBSR was developed by the ever so passionate Jon Kabat-Zinn Emeritus Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Professor Mark Williams, co-developer of MBCT, Oxford University.
