How do you celebrate a decade of elevating women?
This October will be 10 years since I took one of the biggest leaps. I had no idea how creating a space for women to connect, to feel seen heard, understood without judgement would shape a community. Nor did I realise how polarising the word Achievement would be for women and men everywhere. Each moment regardless of how pointed an incredible opportunity to gain insight into our human relationship with elevating and celebrating our own achievements.
Something I had completely underestimated was how much of a lifeline women sharing their voice and stories beyond the glossy insta reel or accolade would have on other women. Refreshingly, I encountered waves of women willing to tell the truth. Some of those moments to witness and sit with were the most vulnerable but the biggest teachers.
Building anything from an intuitive nudge can be a risk and some days I wanted a clear map that only experience could build. When it got hard I doubled down on my why, I came back again and again to the reason I entertained the nudge in the first place.
There are so many wisdom bombs, strategy and insights I will share with you over the coming months - part behind the scenes look, part truth-bombs and part sharing more of my story - the bits you might not know.
Until then I want to leave you with one thing...if you have ever wanted to leap... just do it, keep showing up and stay grounded in your why.
In a world with so much noise, so many should do's, so much pressure to do what everyone else is doing the biggest achievement of all is giving yourself permission to personally define it, imperfectly carve it and joyously celebrate it. On your own terms. Have the courage to back yourself and if your courage is shaky... do it and watch yourself grow.
