Change won't happen with yesterday's thoughts

Neuroscience tells us if you wake up every day reproducing the thoughts and emotions of yesterday... you will simply get more of what you were thinking and feeling yesterday.
To really change we have to disrupt the automatic thoughts, feelings, behaviours and impulses of yesterday. Sounds simple right, well in theory it is... but in real life it takes practice. But even before that we need to become familiar with the nature of our thoughts.
Without identifying thoughts and behaviours you no longer want to be, your intention to want something different won't be enough.
Attempts at change will leave you feeling like you are climbing a crumbling mountain. You may even feel defeated, often going right back to the thinking and behaviour of yesterday.
There will even be plenty of evidence to tell yourself 'the thing' you tried didn't work or wasn't sustainable.
Mindfulness Based Stress reduction gives you the tools to make real change. Tools you can continue to use in your life long after the 8 weeks is over.
