If stress and tension live in the body then the body is also the path to positive recovery.
TRE is a series of simple body movements and exercises to help you access your own internal resources for releasing tension and letting the body recover from everyday stressors.
TRE group in person sessions take one hour and include deep rest & recovery. All equipment is provided including a mat, blanket and pillow.
